	J. Kemp Richardson, President and Owner, has been in business since April 1969. He graduated from USC in 1968 with a B.S. in Finance. He started with Eastman Dillon and was with the major securities firms until starting JKR in 1979. 	James A. Ellis, Vice-President, began his career as a commercial real estate broker for a decade. During the last 12 years he has been a registered representative and a registered investment advisor. Before joining JKR in 1999, he worked as the director of Financial Planning at Lincoln National Life for three years.
